Video Disapproval:
If your video is disapproved by Advertising Plateform, you will have the option to provide another video for promotion. There will be no refund issued; instead, we will promote the replacement video according to the terms of your original purchase.

Promotion Timing & Video Length:
Promotion begins after the video passes Platform’s ad approval, typically within 6-12 hours after payment confirmation. Videos longer than 3 minutes may face delays in promotion completion, which can sometimes last months. In such cases, refunds still will not be provided. You may choose to replace a long video with a shorter one, and remaining views will be applied to the new video.
